Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on project stage, work completed, and contract terms.

Completed milestones, delivered assets, and approved work are non-refundable.

Send a written request with project details to hello@quri.it. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have concerns, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
